Some information before you make the reservation

Our cat boxes are totally closed and have a surface area of ​​approximately 2sqm. They are arranged on 2 levels to allow cats to have fun jumping up and down from the platforms. The price includes the litter box and the little house for sleeping and we also provide pillows and blankets that are sanitized after each use.

Cats in the pension eat kibble and wet food by prolife but you can still bring your kibble if you prefer not to change the diet.

Unfortunately we are often asked if the cats are left to walk but we are not able to guarantee this service because it would be too risky for the cat who, being in a new environment, could escape .. For this reason they remain in their box but do not worry about a cuddle and a little play is not denied to any cat.

We have some boxes larger then others. We reserve these boxes for owners of 2 or 3 cats. If we have these space available we can offer them also for single cats. If you want to be sure your cat stay in a larger box then we must calculate the rate for 2 cats.

Boarding Checklist

  • Bring your national ID or passport, we might ask for it
  • Check all your cats vaccines to make sure they are up to date (keep reading down here..)
  • For cats microchip is not mandatory.
  • Cats must be protected with antiflea treatment (collar, drops or tablet)
  • If applicable for medications; please provide instructions with medications clearly labeled.
  • Do NOT bring bowls. We provide them! If you want just bring his/her favorite toy. We have many blankets we wash and dry after every use but if you prefer to bring your cat’s favourite blanket please bring it
  • Cats must be delivered with their cage to help us when we put him/her in his/her box and when we take them for check-out

Vaccinations recommended

All cats visiting our facilities must be up to date with their annual vaccination. In Italy is called TRIVALENTE.

Cats coming from outside Italy must have their pet passport with the rabies vaccine up to date.

How to help your cat?

Cats boarding facilities could be the best place in the earth for us BUT for our pets leaving their owners can be a sort of tragedy! To help them to live not traumatically the separation from their owners we give you the following tips:

WHAT TO COMMUNICATE WHEN YOU BRING HIM/HER TO US?

Food
Just let us know his/her dietary needs (if he/she only eats kibble or even wet) and if he/she has any intolerances or allergies.

We will try not to change his eating habits.

Behaviour
Notify the staff on arrival of all the diseases your cat has.
If he is afraid of lightning and thunderstorms it is good to know it to try to be close to him or to put him in a more isolated and quiet box. Relaxing music is always on.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES?

  • Daily cleaning and sanitation of the box
  • High quality croquettes Prolife
  • Cat litter
  • Clean blankets, hygienic bowls and kennels of various sizes
  • Music for entertaining them H24
  • Night light

WHAT SERVICES CAN BE ADDED?

  • Winter heating (we have a wooden stove and many heating lamps) € 5,00 per night. Heating is always included in the high season Christmas rate
  • Grooming, must be booked. To better manage the service, you can choose whether to collect the dog in the late morning (between 12pm and 12:30pm) or in the afternoon (between 6pm and 6:30pm). The booked services can eventually be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If the services are canceled at the last minute or the cat is picked up before the agreed time, the service will still be charged.
  • Medicinal injection or administration of tablets (from €1 to € 10 per day depending the instructions provided)

PHOTOS UPDATES?

To ask for information about your cat, you can always write to us on Whatsapp (preferable) or call us during opening hours.
Every day, if we have enough time, we try to post photos of our guests on our social channels (Facebook, Instagram and on OUR WEBSITE) and we can also send them to customers who request them via Whatsapp.
For those who would like a daily update with photos/videos, we have a service at a cost of € 2.50 per day.
