Our cat boxes are totally closed and have a surface area of approximately 2sqm. They are arranged on 2 levels to allow cats to have fun jumping up and down from the platforms. The price includes the litter box and the little house for sleeping and we also provide pillows and blankets that are sanitized after each use. Cats in the pension eat kibble and wet food by prolife but you can still bring your kibble if you prefer not to change the diet. Unfortunately we are often asked if the cats are left to walk but we are not able to guarantee this service because it would be too risky for the cat who, being in a new environment, could escape .. For this reason they remain in their box but do not worry about a cuddle and a little play is not denied to any cat. We have some boxes larger then others. We reserve these boxes for owners of 2 or 3 cats. If we have these space available we can offer them also for single cats. If you want to be sure your cat stay in a larger box then we must calculate the rate for 2 cats. To make your cat enjoy a pleasant stay during your absence, we will also need your help. How? Read below… All cats visiting our facilities must be up to date with their annual vaccination. In Italy is called TRIVALENTE. Cats coming from outside Italy must have their pet passport with the rabies vaccine up to date. Cats boarding facilities could be the best place in the earth for us BUT for our pets leaving their owners can be a sort of tragedy! To help them to live not traumatically the separation from their owners we give you the following tips: Food We will try not to change his eating habits. Behaviour To ask for information about your cat, you can always write to us on Whatsapp (preferable) or call us during opening hours. WHAT TO COMMUNICATE WHEN YOU BRING HIM/HER TO US?
Just let us know his/her dietary needs (if he/she only eats kibble or even wet) and if he/she has any intolerances or allergies.
Notify the staff on arrival of all the diseases your cat has.
If he is afraid of lightning and thunderstorms it is good to know it to try to be close to him or to put him in a more isolated and quiet box. Relaxing music is always on.WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES?

Every day, if we have enough time, we try to post photos of our guests on our social channels (Facebook, Instagram and on OUR WEBSITE) and we can also send them to customers who request them via Whatsapp.
