The months of July and August are quite busy for us. For this reason we adopt different conditions in order to be able to offer our guests the same quality standards to which they are accustomed throughout the year.
For cats we don’t do trials.
We recommend booking your boarding space for the summer months well in advance. Approximately by May to be sure of finding a place available.
For the month of July there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For the month of August there is a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Monday – Saturday
AFTERNOON ONLY – from 3.30pm to 6.30pm
ONLY IN THE MORNING – from 10am to 12pm
Customers who necessarily want to come in the morning will be able to do so by reserving the space from the previous night, in this way the space will already be ready and clean when they arrive.
Cats that arrive in the morning, without a reservation, could be rejected by the staff.
The collection of the cat must take place within the morning. From Monday to Saturday there is the possibility to collect the cat also in the afternoon, in this case an extra night is calculated.
For the months of July and August there is a supplement of €3 per night per cat

To ask for information about your cat, you can always write to us on Whatsapp (preferable) or call us during opening hours.
Every day, if we have enough time, we try to post photos of our guests on our social channels (Facebook, Instagram and on OUR WEBSITE) and we can also send them to customers who request them via Whatsapp.
For those who would like a daily update with photos/videos, we have a service at a cost of € 2.50 per day.
To confirm reservations for July and August, a deposit of €100 is required (or the total amount of the reservation if the amount is lower). This deposit can be paid directly on the spot or by bank transfer:

Enter the name of the cat and the date of arrival in the reason for payment.
Reservations will be considered confirmed only after sending the deposit.
There are no refunds of deposits paid for the summer months. You can keep the deposit usable within the calendar year under these conditions:
100% if cancellation occurs 30 days before arrival
50% if cancellation occurs 7 days before arrival
The balance will be paid directly at check-out.
